From Logan International Airport:
Exit the airport and proceed through the Sumner Tunnel towards 93 North. Take the Storrow Drive exit off of 93 N. Continue on Storrow Drive and take the Copley Square/Back Bay exit. Stay in the right lane and take a right onto Beacon Street. Follow Beacon Street 2 blocks and turn left onto Clarendon Street. Continue driving 5 blocks to access the John Hancock Tower.

The John Hancock Tower located at 200 Clarendon Street will be on your right.

From Western Massachusetts via the Massachusetts Turnpike I-90:
Proceed on the MA Turnpike and take the Prudential Center/Copley Square exit 22. Stay in the right lane towards Copley Square. You will exit onto Stuart Street. Upon exiting, get in the left lane and bear left at the next set of lights onto Dartmouth Street. Continue two blocks and take a right onto Boylston Street. Continue on Boylston Street for one block and take a right onto Clarendon Street. Continue one block to access the John Hancock Tower.

The John Hancock Tower located at 200 Clarendon Street will be on your right.

From Points South via I-93:
Heading northbound on Interstate 93 towards Boston, take the Massachusetts Avenue/Roxbury/Frontage Road exit 18. Stay in the right lane and continue straight. The exit road will fork close to the on ramp. Bear right at the fork following the Frontage Road sign. Stay in your left lane and follow signs to the South End/Back Bay, bearing left on East Berkeley Street. Continue straight on East Berkeley Street. At the 6th light, East Berkeley becomes Berkeley Street at the Columbus Avenue intersection.

To access the John Hancock Tower located at 200 Clarendon Street, continue on Berkeley Street to the next set of lights and take a left on Saint James Avenue. At the next set of lights, take a left onto Clarendon Street. The John Hancock Tower at 200 Clarendon Street will be on your right.

From Points North via I-93:
Heading southbound on Interstate 93, take the Storrow Drive exit. Continue on Storrow Drive and take the Copley Square/Back Bay exit. Stay in the right lane and take a right onto Beacon Street. Follow Beacon Street 2 blocks and turn left onto Clarendon Street. Continue driving 5 blocks to access the John Hancock Tower.

The John Hancock Tower located at 200 Clarendon Street will be on your right.

From Points West via Storrow Drive:
Take Storrow Drive East to the Copley Square exit. You will be on Clarendon Street. Continue driving 5 blocks to access the John Hancock Tower.

The John Hancock Tower located at 200 Clarendon Street will be on your right.

Parking:
To access the Garage @ 100 Clarendon, continue straight one more block and the garage will be on your right.

By Train

The MBTA subway system allows for direct access to the John Hancock Tower. The Green Line services the Back Bay area with a direct stop at Copley Square, approximately 2 blocks away from the tower. Additionally, the orange line provides access to the tower as well with a stop at the Back Bay Commuter Rail Train Station located on Dartmouth Street.

The Back Bay Commuter Railroad Train Station is conveniently located on Dartmouth Street, just one block away from Copley Square and the John Hancock Tower. Commuter routes that stop at Back Bay Station service areas west and south of the city. 

From the South/Route 93 and the Woburn area
Follow Route 95/128 north.
Take the SALEM ST. exit- EXIT 42- toward WAKEFIELD
Turn LEFT onto SALEM ST.
Take first LEFT onto PLEASURE ISLAND RD.
PLEASURE ISLAND RD becomes AUDUBON RD. “Follow approx 0.4 miles”
Turn RIGHT onto EDGEWATER PL.
Turn RIGHT at building 201 and follow road behind 201 to parking garage on left.
Park in garage and enter connected building 301.

From the North/Route 95/128 and the Lynnfield area
Follow Route 95/128 south.
Take the PLEASURE ISLAND RD exit- EXIT 42- toward WAKEFIELD
Turn RIGHT onto PLEASURE ISLAND RD.
PLEASURE ISLAND RD becomes AUDUBON RD. “Follow approx 0.2 miles”
Turn RIGHT onto EDGEWATER PL.
Turn RIGHT at building 201 and follow road behind 201 to parking garage on left.
